Our foresters are proud to bring their international plantation harvesting experience in to modernize Hawaiian forest harvesting. Current local practices rely too heavily on manual labor and are not suited for the high stem throughput required for plantation harvesting. Our knowledge of machinery and techniques will successfully mechanize this process while training local labor for ongoing and sustainable forestry in the region.
In addition, we determine sustainable harvest levels utilizing periodic forest inventory and yield projections, to ensure a continual supply of wood products and perpetuity of the forest.
